There are two fireworks displays : the family orientated fireworks at 900 pm. And the world class midnight fireworks at 1200am. Being on the water, you will be up-close to this unforgettable New Years Eve Harbour event.

We have two great options for you to choose :
1. Charter your own private luxury hire boat (with skipper), and drop anchor in one of the several designated “anchor zones” near the Opera House or Sydney Harbour Bridge. Extensive Dinner and beverage packages are available.

2. Per-ticket pricing for larger vessels that slowly cruise the harbour. Dinner options are included. Various options for beverages available.

The annual Sydney ferry-thon race commences at 1100 , with some old classic timber ferries, as well as new ferries cruising past the Sydney Opera House to Rose Bay, and return past Fort Denison to the finish line under Sydney Harbour Bridge. Your charter yacht can be part of the flotilla tracking the leisurely race

There are many Sydney Harbour beaches perfect for swimming in January. Our skipper will drop anchor close to beautiful sandy beaches where you can have lunch, and swim into the beach.

The Fireworks in the evening is another feature of the day, where you can drop anchor in designated harbour zones, watching the spectacle up close.

Thee is nothing better than enjoying a cold beer or glass of wine cruising Sydney Harbour. Some boats have an on-board license where you can purchase drinks from the bar. Alternatively, you can pre-order beverages to be delivered to your boat hire. Your drinks will be transported to your boat in ice cold ready for your arrival.
